How to stay sane when everyone around you isn't!

Dear just as stressed,
When I come home from a full day's work, the last thing I want to do is deal with a messy house and screaming kids. 
I want to unwind in a quiet, tranquil house; dinner already made and my kids sitting quietly at the dining room table doing their homework.
Am I delusional? ...No. Is it wishful thinking? ...Maybe some of it.
What is possible is to decide how I will respond to any given situation-will it be positive, with a smile on my face. Or will I go off the deep end (just like my kids).
I, alone, control whether a stressful, insane encounter becomes tolerable and peaceful-or not. And so can you. Let me show you how...
